At Bibednum I have started as Mid.weight designer and I was promoted, after 4 months, to Design Team Leader.
The design team in Bibendum takes care of all the material produced for the company's clients (pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and hotels), from menu design to promotional material to designing all the collateral for events and tasting. Part of my responsibilities as Team Leader were distributing the work load depending on availability and skills of the other designers, leading weekly meetings with the design team, attending the Customer Marketing's team meetings and signing off the works produced by the other designers.
During my time at BIBENDUM PLB I was awarded the Entrepreneurial Award for better representing this company value that year.
